The Broke Generation Merry Money Advent Calendar
Behind every window in the The Broke Generation Merry Money Advent Calendar contains a financial reflection, task, action point or talking point to strike a healthy money conversation with someone you know. Across 24 days in December, you’ll explore different strategies and reflections to improve your financial mindset, habits and behaviour, to gently prepare you for the New Year. Don’t fret, you’re still totally free to enjoy the holiday season however you celebrate, there’s no restriction here! This calendar is about planting a seed in your mind ready for 2023, and giving you a little snippet of financial reflection each day. Consider it… personal development for your finances!
Behind each window you’ll find either a THINK, FEEL, TALK or ACTION task. Take what you like, leave what doesn’t resonate. I know December can be hectic. My intention for this Advent Calendar is to provide a little reprieve from the commercial and consumption-fuelled holidays, and offer you a moment of financial calm to take stock and re-centre.
Each window will become available to open at midnight in your local time zone.
It may help to ritualise your Merry Money Advent routine, perhaps opening each window when you wake up, with your morning coffee or tea, on your lunch break, or before you go to bed at night. If you want to revisit any of the windows after December, you’re welcome to. The calendar will stay live until January 31st.
The Merry Money Advent Calendar has been provided to you completely free, as a holiday gift from me to you. However, if you would like to make a contribution to the costs of creating and hosting the advent calendar, you’re welcome to do so via Buy Me a Coffee: a platform to support your favourite creators.
