In this episode, I’m going solo to share some key areas of my finances that I’m working on at the moment, as I navigate full-time self-employment. This new phase has prompted me to reconsider my money mindset, as it’s no longer just my personal finances I have to consider, it’s also my businesses. I’m unpacking how easy it is to fall into the comparison trap, and discuss what I’m doing to manage my financial behaviour – my wardrobe freeze is still going strong, and it’s led to some unexpected revelations! I also talk about a recent unexpected expense that’s testing my approach to scarcity and scarcity mindsets, and learning to separate practical solutions from emotional responses. I have so many thoughts and ideas swirling around at the moment, and I’ve found it’s essential to evolve my financial mindset to align with changing circumstances. Have a listen and let me know over on Instagram if you’ve had any recent mindset changes!
